Das Evangelisch-Lutherische Missionswerk Leipzig und das Evangelisch-lutherische Missionswerk Niedersachsen haben eine gemeinsame Partnerkirche: die Tamilische Evangelisch-Lutherische Kirche in Südindien. Zusammen laden wir herzlich ein zu regelmäßigen Online-Treffen, um voneinander zu erfahren, Neues zu hören und uns gut auszutauschen über Aktuelles rund um unsere partnerschaftlichen Beziehungen. Die Treffen finden in englischer Sprache statt.
The online meeting will take place on September 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. German time and 8:30 p.m. Indian time. It will focus on the topic “From Soil to Stewardship: Church Perspectives on Agriculture and Creation Care in India and Germany”.
The invited speakers are Mr. Julian Abraham, who leads an agricultural project for people with disabilities in the Tamil Church, and Pastor Cornelia Möller, a consultant for agriculture and food systems at the Church Service for Rural Areas (KDL) within the House of Church Services (HkD) of the Evangelical Lutheran Regional Church of Hanover.
